Our clients, which include both private and public project owners, developers, property management syndicates, and landholding companies, entrust us with project management tasks. These tasks cover the design phase of the project, assistance in the awarding of construction contracts, and monitoring of the companies involved up to the completion and handover of the site.
Conceptual
Project Management
The preliminary project studies (APS/APD) allow the project owner to make final decisions on certain structural choices, based on investment, operational, and maintenance costs, as well as compliance with regulations and any site-specific constraints. The final estimate of the projected construction costs is also determined at this stage.
Accordingly, we review various soil studies, such as G2AVP and G2 PRO, based on the specifications that we establish. Subsequently, we conceptualize the most cost-effective technical solution in consultation with all stakeholders involved.
We carry out detailed calculations for the reinforcement of foundations and superstructures if needed. A preliminary structural assumption note is prepared for the project team.
The Tender Document Package (DCE) includes all graphical and written elements, enabling the consulted companies to clearly define the nature, quality, quantities, and scope of their services.
At this point, we produce DCE-level plans, including all formwork plans, which feature reinforcement plans and sections, as well as unit steel ratios in addition to all the plans. We also prepare a Technical Specification (CCTP) and a Detailed Price Bill (DPGF) complete with measurements and estimates.
We assist the Project Owner in evaluating the bids from companies and in preparing contracts for the major construction phase (ACT). This evaluation will be conducted on both economic and technical grounds, considering both quantitative and qualitative aspects. Through an analysis of the various proposals, we compile a summary report for the benefit of the project owner to compare the different offers.

MOE
Execution Project Management, also known as Construction Supervision (DET), involves ensuring that the work is carried out according to the plans provided by the design office.
Site visits aim to verify that both the execution documents and the works in progress adhere to the previously conducted studies, the character, and the project’s expectations. We also ensure that they are in accordance with the said contracts and that they contain no errors, omissions, or contradictions that would normally be detectable by a skilled professional, and that the work execution aligns with the contract specifications.
Prior to site visits, we organize construction meetings and subsequently produce a progress report essential for tracking work against the provided schedule. We also give opinions on any reservations that the contractor may raise during the execution of the work.
We review any additional or modified work quotations and consistently update the project owner on the status and forecast of the work and expenditures, including significant changes.
Beyond the technical aspects, we also examine the companies’ monthly payment applications and update the financial status of the project.
As the project nears completion, we assist the project owner during the acceptance operations for the general construction lot (GO). In this regard, we organize the operations prior to the acceptance of the works, list any pending issues, and ensure their follow-up until they are resolved, so as to propose to the project owner the acceptance of the works.
