Our clients, who include major construction firms, masons, steel framers, and wood construction customers, rely on us to create the execution plans required for the effective completion of the construction site. We establish the foundation for the structure’s execution by supplying formwork and rebar designs for reinforced concrete structures, as well as execution and fabrication plans for steel frame buildings and wood structures.
We are proficient in the execution of the three major types of construction systems: reinforced concrete, metal, and wood, as well as alternative materials such as stone, etc. Our technical skills are put to use in complicated projects requiring mixed buildings, and we give technical and economic solutions to current main concerns connected to project environmental effects and greenhouse gas emissions.
We have established a great awareness of optimizing ratios, due to the on-thejob experience of several of our engineers and technicians. We have also developed computational algorithms that allow us to go as far as possible in the general optimization of ratios across all types of materials.
Execution plans
for reinforced concrete
The reinforced concrete structural plans determine the structure of the building based on different variables such as seismic zone and soil type, which dictate the sizing and kind of foundations to use. Our competence is in doing load calculations and sizing of reinforced concrete structures in accordance with EUROCODES, followed by the production of formwork and rebar designs at the foundation and all other levels (including cross-sections and execution details). A rebar schedule and steel nomenclature are also included in the file.
Once the construction company has completed the structure, we offer the DOE (Drawing of Execution) plans for the project, which are updated execution plans following the completion of the work and are then handed over to the project owner.
We use various types of software to conduct our reinforced concrete studies, such as Arche Graitec, Robot, Autocad, Revit, as well as internally developed tools.

The structural designs for the metal framework provide an overview of the overall structure. We specialize in load descents and calculation notes, as well as 3D modeling and sharing. We do field inspections for existing projects to check existing conditions. We develop both overall plans (which include an elevation view) and detailed plans (which include assembly specifics). We also create layout plans, which include the balanced placement of beams, girders, crossbars, and metal purlins on the plan, as well as fabrication drawings.
We build our metal structure plans using a variety of applications, including Robot, SCIA, Tekla, Autocad, Revit, and internally designed tools.

Wood
The execution plans for wood framing or structural wood projects include preliminary sizing as well as final dimensions for wood construction projects. This includes identifying and sizing the assembly as well as any prospective metal fasteners. In the case of framing, we create a plan view, sectional plans, and details for the lower slope. We also conduct quantity surveys and create layout and rafter designs.
We employ a variety of technologies to build our wood structure blueprints, including Acord-Bat 3D, Cadwork, and MDBat.
