New construction of a building with 4 floors above ground level, containing 36 residential units.
The program’s goal is to address medical desertification; therefore the building will have a health center on the ground floor.
The concept comprises the construction of a building in the hyper-center, in a mixed-use environment, with 4 stories Construction
above ground level dedicated to housing, with 36 units intended for ownership, positioned above a ground floor devoted to a medical facility. A basement level is also available for garages.
The foundations were built on the surface using separate strip footings made of reinforced concrete.
