The project's goal is to modernize the nautical stadium and make it the second-largest nautical stadium in France.
The restructuring includes converting the diving pit into an Olympic-sized pool with 8 lanes (50m x 20m), renovating the existing Olympic pool, creating spaces for association activities, clubs, and high-level athletes, and constructing reception areas and technical and operational facilities (weight room, spa, changing rooms, club offices, and infirmary).
The pools have a total area of 2,220 square meters, while the floors have a total area of 1,790 square meters.
